Background
To accommodate the development of multi-qubit research, HQubit has solved the problem of the small space inside the existing dilution refrigerator by implementing high-density channel cross-temperature microwave wiring to ensure sealing and measurement control compatibility for more qubits
Set up
HQubit has updated the KF40 airtight flange to 24 channels of microwave coaxial lines, the CF63 airtight flange to 68 channels, the ISO100 airtight flange to 168 channels, and has achieved the integration of 400 channels.
Results
With modular superconducting processors, such as specially designed cables for reliable connections and the utilization of second-generation ultra-thin cables for enhanced performance, HQubit has developed designs for sample box packaging with 164 ports, 220 ports, and 444 ports. The research team has already applied some of these low-loss interconnect designs for modular processors.
