MODULE

Microwave direct synthesis module

The integrated multi-channel microwave direct synthesis module can directly generate high-resolution, wide-band, and arbitrarily programmable microwave pulse waveforms. A built-in CPU is used for processing the waveform computational tasks of the channels within the module for scaling up.

Quantum direct readout module

The integrated readout module provides 4-channel readout excitation channel, 4-channel readout signal direct acquisition channel, and maintains good synchronization between transceiver to ensure the long-term stability of quantum state readout. A single module supports simultaneous hardware demodulation, determination and statistics of up to 64 qubits. The built-in CPU is used to process the waveform computational tasks for scale expansion.

RF arbitrary waveform generation module

The 8-channel RF Arbitrary Waveform Generation Module (gen1) utilizes a high-performance DAC. It can be used to generate frequency modulated (Z-manipulated) waveforms and bias waveforms for qubits and tunable couplers, as well as for generating characteristic pulses required by other equipment/devices. The channels are well synchronized and can be synchronized with a clock reference and trigger.

The second-generation fast Z & RF arbitrary waveform generation module is developed based on a high-performance RFSoC chip. The module can provide up to 24 independent output channels within a 1U standard rack, offering independent hardware distortion compensation. A built-in CPU is used for processing the waveform computational tasks for scalable extension.

Power/Clock/Trigger distribution & synchronization module

To meet the needs of extension, a power/clock/trigger distribution & synchronization module is provided. It supplies DC power, clocks, and trigger distribution to other measurement and control modules, ensuring good synchronization between the output/input channels of each module. The module offers up to 12 channels of 48V DC output, 12 channels of reference clock distribution, and 12 channels of trigger signal distribution.

Multi-Channel Precision DC Source

The multichannel precision DC source module provides high stability, low noise DC output, ideal for experiments requiring stable, low noise DC bias. Four modules can be integrated into a 1U chassis, providing up to 32 DC output channels. With vertical resolution up to 20 bits and noise levels below 10nV, the module provides fine and clean DC signals for a variety of experiments. Each output channel can also be operated in pulse mode, providing additional convenience for certain experiments.
